Pack Your Items
Securely place your Crumpler gear in its original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the product is well-protected for transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
